Exchange Policy
At Aura Nest, each item is thoughtfully curated and carefully inspected before it reaches your home. We take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our products. However, we understand that certain situations may require an exchange.
Please Note:
We do not offer returns or refunds. Exchanges are only accepted under the conditions outlined below.
Eligible for Exchange:

Damaged or Defective Items: If your item arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the product and packaging.

Wrong Item Shipped: If you receive an item that is different from what you ordered, contact us within 48 hours of receiving the order.
Conditions for Exchange:

The item must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with all packaging and tags intact.

Exchange requests must be submitted within 48 hours of receiving the order.

Once approved, the exchange must be shipped back to us within 5 days of approval. Shipping costs for the return and re-shipment are the responsibility of the customer unless the error was on our part.
Not Eligible for Exchange:

Sale items, personalized products, and items damaged due to misuse or improper care.

Minor color variations due to screen settings or natural variations in handmade products.
